Professor Rafael David Francisco Ventura is a mathematics professor and writer. He is currently professor and coordinator of the mathematics area at the FEM campus of ISFODOSU, also professor of graduate training programs. Author of the book Learning and Teaching Mathematics. A didactic approach for effective learning. Active collaborator in the elaboration and revision of undergraduate programs for the mathematics area of the primary education career at ISFODOSU. In the year 2000, he began teaching mathematics and computer science at the Polytechnic Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Santo Domingo. He has given a variety of workshops, courses and conferences related to mathematics teaching, the development of logical thinking and the use of technology at the initial, primary, secondary and higher education levels, as well as several consultancies in universities such as INTEC and UASD and other institutions such as MINERD, EPSI, among others. In his career he has received several recognitions for his good performance, dedication and passion for teaching.
Autorenporträt
Bachelor's degree in Education (Physical Sciences and Mathematics) from O&M University. He holds two master's degrees: in Mathematics (UTESA) and in Teacher Training (University of Barcelona/ISFODOSU). Author of Learning and Teaching Mathematics. He coordinates the mathematics department at ISFODOSU, with 27 years of experience.
