With a multidisciplinary background and a strong foundation in engineering, Jay bridges the gap between technology and human resources, bringing strategic clarity to complex hiring landscapes. Jay has authored multiple research papers published by IEEE, ACM, and Springer, and has contributed book chapters to both Springer and Bloomsbury publishing houses. His writing and speaking engagements span international conferences on topics such as AI, cybersecurity, HR technology, and workforce development. He holds certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Project Management (PMP), and is a Certified Sales Engineer (CSE). Jay also has an extensive technical background, having earned multiple Cisco certifications, including passing qualifying exams for CCIE in Routing & Switching, Security, Data Center, and CCDE.
