Joe Kretoski, Jr. was born in West Virginia but transplanted to Michigan at 12. Supposedly retired, he continues to counsel and minister to troubled youth. Fishing for small mouth bass and chasing bunnies with his beagles are two favorite hobbies. He and his lovely wife Dawn, married for forty-three years, are the parents of 2 children and grandparents to 6. It is for these grandchildren that Joe wrote his book, a part of his legacy, and he dedicates it to them.
