You can use the journal as a basic astrological moon journal without your natal chart. For personalization of the journal, use your natal chart! It is important that your chart be calculated with accurate time of birth to make best use of this journal process. Personalize your journaling by identifying the astrological degree of the Earth, Sun, and Moon each moon phase in your own natal astrological chart. Choose basic keywords for the natal house (noun) and the zodiac sign (adjective) to create a journal entry. This personalized journal sentence can be a starting point for further self-reflection. She presented her findings at The Astrological Society of CT and The American Society of Dowser's National Convention in 2016. Incorporated into her approach are my studies and experiences in Intuitive Archery, Equine Guided Learning and the mythology and cultural history of the Goddess Epona.
