The Hotel Letters explores themes of impermanence and intimacy; the mundane hotel stationery used as a canvas for Baxat's poetic reflections, inventions, observations and evocations.
Autorenporträt
J.L. Baxat is a poet, author & playwright, based between Clermont-Ferrand & Dublin. He has been active in poetry & theatre circles since the mid-1990s, publishing over 40 works across Europe with a wide variety of small presses. Baxat's work as part of the loose collective sometimes referred to as the European 'Prose Collagist' movement is best known in the domain of prose poetry, though can also be seen in his fiction, theatrical works and other hybrid forms.
