Dr Ubah holds the prestigious Sloan Fellowship in Leadership and Strategy from the London Business School and is a member of the Strategic Planning Society, UK. As a certified leadership, strategy and change management consultant, he has experience in the design and delivery of leadership, strategy, culture and change management programmes for reputable organisations in Nigeria and across Africa (Ghana, Cameroun, Kenya, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal and Zambia) with a proven track record of success. His core competencies are in leadership and people development, change management design and implementation, strategy formulation and execution, organisational culture assessments and interventions, and organisational performance optimisation. A graduate of medicine from College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Akoka, Dr Ubah left medicine for banking and worked in three Nigerian banks where he gained experience in commercial and corporate banking, business strategy and execution.
