In quattordici anni di esperienza nell'insegnamento nelle scuole primarie del Regno del Bahrein, Suhaila ha notato che ci sono alcune difficoltà che gli insegnanti devono affrontare quando mettono in pratica l'osservazione tra pari. In un certo senso, ha pensato di fare una ricerca per conoscere le ragioni di queste difficoltà.
