Produktbeschreibung
The aim of this book is to reflect, in light of systemic functional grammar, on the discourse of teachers and students of German as a foreign language regarding the use of technology and the Internet in the school context. Quantitative and qualitative research results show the digital inclusion of the three groups of research participants, but point to a mismatch between the discursive assessments made by teachers and students about the integration of technology and the internet into German language teaching. The finding that there is a lack of methodologies and teacher training specifically focused on the use of technology and the Internet in foreign language teaching contributes to the discussion of new issues related to digital literacy in the pedagogical context.
