Camilla Wellton is a somatic educator, author and founder of The Sensual Institute, dedicated to guiding soul-led individuals back into embodied, sensual presence. She is the creator of the I AWAKE system, an innovative method that weaves depth psychology, somatic healing, mythic storytelling, and nervous system wisdom into a transformative path for reconnection.With over 30 years of yoga and somatic practice, Camilla's journey crosses disciplines: she holds a degree in entrepreneurial studies, studied environmental science in Hawaii, and built a globally recognized sustainable fashion brand celebrated for its elegant futurism. Her designs, known for their unique blend of science, mathematics, and creative expression, earned her international awards and recognition as a face of Swedish fashion innovation.In 2017, after a powerful personal reckoning, Camilla chose to step away from the fashion industry to embark on a deeper journey of self-discovery, motherhood, and creative evolution. Her exploration of sensuality, body-positivity, and somatic intelligence eventually led to the founding of The Sensual Institute and the creation of the I AWAKE system.Her work is experiential, poetic, and grounded in the body's truth. Through her book, oracle deck, and immersive programs, Camilla offers a mythic and sensual map for those seeking not just to think differently but to live differently.
