He has earned a degree in Accounting from Newbury College, Brookline, Massachusetts; and has received certificates of completion from Industrial Technical School for Industrial electronics in 1960, and Wentworth Institute of Technology in Carpentry and Building in 1989. Mr. Wiggins stated, "I wrote this book, not so much about myself, but of events throughout the years. a chronological snapshot of events during my years of existence. The events as I display in this book - historical ones - it is obvious that history repeats itself. I also include international crisis and newsworthy events from various news sources. In addition, I wanted to highlight historical figures throughout those many years that are and were impressive during my lifetime." Albert, during his retirement years, now lives in Metro-Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife Dorothy, and have resided there for 17 years. Using a baseball analogy, states that he is on third base headling home at this juncture in his life.
