Throughout the book, he explains God's attributes such as holiness, wisdom, omnipotence, and love, showing how each one reveals God's character. Produktbeschreibung
A.W. Tozer's The Knowledge of the Holy is a classic Christian work that explores the nature and attributes of God with both clarity and reverence. Tozer argues that the most important thing about a person is what they believe about God, because this belief shapes their entire life-morally, spiritually, and intellectually. Throughout the book, he explains God's attributes such as holiness, wisdom, omnipotence, and love, showing how each one reveals God's character. Tozer writes with both theological depth and poetic language, inviting readers to think carefully about who God truly is rather than relying on shallow or cultural images of Him. The book also emphasizes the need for a restored sense of awe in modern Christianity. Tozer believes that people have lost their vision of God's majesty, leading to weak faith and shallow worship. By calling readers back to a higher view of God, he challenges them to seek a deeper, more personal relationship with the divine. The Knowledge of the Holy ultimately serves as both a theological guide and a devotional call to rediscover the greatness of God. Through it, Tozer urges believers to think, worship, and live in light of God's true nature.
