After eight years in the Emergency Room as a primary care physician at Grace Hospital in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Henderson is a very caring person to his patients and family. After waking up one morning with an unusual headache, having had a long and hard workday the day before, he took several pills for the headache, said his goodbyes to his family, and then headed off to work. Knowing what he was going to encounter at the hospital, feeling a little different, and even seeing colors around people as he entered the hospital doors. He thought he was having medical problems himself, so when he found the time, Dr. Henderson made a private appointment with a friend to get a brain CT to see if he had a problem with his brain that may be causing him to see colors around people. Later that day, having a very mild headache, he discovered that he could see areas in the body that may be the cause of their problems. The story goes on as he struggles with his new ability and the way people think of him and his family, accepting the many new challenges.
