Tiberius Jácint Parker is an accomplished professional in the world of publishing and editing, an academic, artist, and all-around scholar. Most importantly, she's the best friend of up-and-coming indie author Lavender Penner. Tiberius took Lavender up on the offer of not only being her editor but also mentoring her into becoming a published author. Tiberius gave her the opportunity to practice her hand at editing by writing this novel for her, then permission to publish the story to help financially support her while she is learning the craft. In their free time, they enjoy horseback riding together on quiet, wooded trails, watching Star Trek: The Next Generation (because it's the most preeminent iteration of the legendary franchise ever), and are engaged in a fiercely spirited mutual endeavor to make the best dad jokes.
