Jason Wade Hammonds is a writer and auteur whose work explores the intersections of religion, physics, and absurdist humor. Born in Flint, Michigan, Hammonds has lived and worked in New York City for over two decades, cultivating a multidisciplinary practice that bridges literature, cinema, and collaborative performance. He holds a PhD in Media from The European Graduate School in Saas-Fee, Switzerland, where his research examined cultural prophecy and the role of speculative narrative in contemporary media. Whether on the page or the screen, Hammonds is driven by a desire to ask big questions in unexpected ways - inviting audiences to laugh, reflect, and transform.
