Jeff Witkin is a PhD psychologist, world-class scientist, and award-winning poet. The process of walking toward his dream life through music, meditation, gardening, and family has directed him to radiate the joy by presenting this book. Jeff lives in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife, Zosia, and cats, Charlie and Lucy. Marybeth J.A. has spent her life on the path outlined within these pages. Insights she started on when she was a child have since been honed and acted out, refined and tested by theater work, global travel, working with disenfranchised people, and encounters with Indigenous elders and spiritual mystics.
