Donna is a lifelong lover of words, reading, and writing. She has notebooks of original poetry dating back over fifty years, and for the past ten years she has written greeting cards sold at craft shows. Becoming a published children's book author is the realization of a dream that has flitted in and out of her brain since she was a teenager.Donna is a proud mother and in-law, and an even prouder grandmother of two little girls. She's also the (mostly) proud dog mom of Moose and Sox, aka Grayface and Wigglebutt. She lives and works in Charlotte, North Carolina and is counting down the days until retirement.
