His diplomatic career and experiences abroad significantly shaped his writings, focusing on history and political analysis. Villari s notable works include in-depth studies of historical events, particularly those related to Italy s role in international conflicts. His diplomatic postings provided him with unique insights into global relations, and he used these perspectives to enrich his historical narratives.
