Thomas Hoerber is Professor and Jean Monnet Chair in European Studies, Director of the EU*Asia Institute at ESSCA School of Management, Angers, France. He is the author/editor of fifteen books. Iraklis Oikonomou is an independent researcher based in Athens, Greece. He holds a PhD in International Politics from the University of Wales Aberystwyth, UK. He is the editor of four books.
