It is providing awareness on what nutrition is and the importance of understanding that nutrition is not just what we consume within our bodies but what we consume through all aspects of our life mentally, physically, and spiritually. Nutrition is two-fold, what we put in our bodies and the things we keep around us.

Jeanene Samuels also known as Coach Jeanene is a Nutritional Lifestyle Coach. Jeanene founded her wellness business Bliss N Food in 2017. Bliss N Food originally was based around healing the mind, body, and spirit from trauma through focusing what was on the plate as the foundation. However, overtime Bliss N Food shifted to a health and wellness company that coaches through the lens of holistic nutrition. Motivated to educate others on healing their nutritional lifestyle Jeanene became focused on continuing her own health journey and learning new ideas and concepts about nutrition. Jeanene became a health coach through IIN, attended Maryland University of Integrative Health for Nutrition, completed the I Am Surviving Vegan Academy, has learned from Chef Ahki through her Electric Kitchen Program; in addition, of learning from many others and continues to educate herself on the nuances in nutrition and health and traditional practices around nutrition. All these aspects of our life feed us and Jeanene realized that through educating herself and living a holistic lifestyle. Encouraging others to make small steps through their health and life goals Jeanene understands that the small steps lead to the big steps where major shifts began to happen within lifestyle changes. Jeanene continues to support others in their health journey through coaching and builds services, programs and products around the needs that has been presented to her. Jeanene has been led to this work from her 10+ years in Social Services utilizing the person-centered approach and encompassing that with holistic concepts.
