As a child, I loved losing myself in whimsical stories or escaping in swashbuckling adventures, and have always been drawn to rhymes and word play. Now, after turning my back on a three-decade career in the gas industry, I have decided to chase a long-held dream of writing rhyming children's books. My first book, The Christmas That Santa Shaved Off His Beard was well received, and this has given me the confidence to continue with my writing career.
