Danilo de Paula e Silva es licenciado en Ingeniería Eléctrica por la Universidad Federal de Goiás (2001) y máster en Ingeniería Eléctrica por la Universidad Federal de Santa Catarina (2004). Es profesor del departamento de Ingeniería Eléctrica de FAESA y doctorando en Ingeniería Eléctrica por la Universidad Federal de Espírito Santo.
