The Other Serenity Prayer: Meditations on Self-Kindness is the type of book you can open at any page to give yourself a quick reminder to watch your words -- your heart is listening. With its one-life-lesson-at-a-time format, The Other Serenity Prayer contains Eleanor Brownn's heart-based poems, reflections, and gentle inspirations to take a break from the negative voice inside our heads. In times of distress, how you talk to yourself matters. Positive self-talk works. Beating yourself up doesn't. Be kinder to yourself.
