Michelle A. Meade is a Professor in the Departments of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Family Medicine at the University of Michigan (U-M) and Michigan Medicine. She is also the Director of the U-M Center for Disability Health and Wellness (CDHW). Kathleen T. Bechtold is an Associate Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Johns Hopkins University. She is also Director of Psychology Training within the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Johns Hopkins University. Stephen T. Wegener is a Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Vice Chair of Faculty Development and Affairs at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He is also a Professor of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
