Sara is an author of books for young readers. Her picture book THREE SCOOPS AND A FIG was selected for Bank Street College's Best Books List and the Kansas State Reading List. Sara previously worked as a Speech/Language Pathologist. She is a gardener, forager, hiker, and skier, and loves exploring the outdoors in her native Midwest. Growing up, Sara loved riding the bus downtown, visiting the library, and playing basketball. Her favorite game? Around the World. Swish!
