Dianne is a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Practitioner and has been involved in education and in the co-ordination of programs for children, teenagers, and adults for most of her working life. She has taught in Primary and Secondary Schools, and in TAFE Colleges. She has also worked for various Government agencies and private training providers where she has conducted career planning and personal development programs, staff training and counselling.
