Kelly Oliver is the author of three award-winning and bestselling mystery series: The Fiona Figg Mysteries, The Jessica James Mysteries, and The Pet Detective Mysteries. When she's not writing mysteries, she is a distinguished professor of philosophy at Vanderbilt University. She is the author of sixteen nonfiction books and over one hundred scholarly articles. She lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and three demanding felines.
