Margaret Mary Stoiber is a mom of 3 fabulous children, a widow, RN, dancer of many types, and healing heart guide. Growing up, she spent several years living in the apartment above her grandma and a beloved golden retriever named Rusty. She remembers helping her grandma in her large flower and fruit tree garden paradise. Margaret wrote this book for the children of the world, ages 2 to 102 so that they may embrace the love within that connects us all. By understanding every act of love and kindness has the potential to ripple throughout the world, no one is ever really small or alone. Margaret believes art is for everyone! She enthusiastically practices daily expressions of creativity whether it is via drawing, dancing, or singing. She has found this to elevate her into new levels of peace, understanding, and her relationship with the divine. While helping her grandma bake in the kitchen as a child, occasionally some ingredients were missing. Her grandma was never worried and taught Margaret to 'make do' with a substitute. Thus, Margaret encourages others to express themselves whenever they can, with whatever they have and to 'make do'. So when looking for paint colors, Margaret remembered her grandma's words and turned to her pantry. Using various spices, jellies, sauces, and more, Margaret has coined herself as, "The Pantry Painter." With very few exceptions, the artwork in The Petal was created from food sources and without food dyes. To learn more: www.sunflowersforyou.com
