Dr. Florian Grotz ist Professor für Politikwissenschaft, insbesondere Vergleichende Regierungslehre am Institut für Politikwissenschaft der Helmut-Schmidt-Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg. Dr. Wolfgang Schroeder ist Professor für das "Politisches System der BRD - Staatlichkeit im Wandel" an der Universität Kassel und Fellow am Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung (WZB).
