Harihar Bhattacharyya is Professor of Political Science, University of Burdwan, India. He has been awarded international fellowships and visiting assignments by the universities of Heidelberg, London, Hull and Fribourg. Partha Sarkar is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Burdwan, India.
