Rachel Sparkowich and her husband Rick have been married for nearly sixty years. Together, they co-founded the mercy ministry known as Operation Blessing, Inc. of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Here, they served for over thirty years in active public ministry to the poor, homeless, and those in crisis situations. Rachel's passion continues to be making the love and forgiveness of Jesus an unavoidable solution for anyone who has not yet heard.
