When auditions take place, Jenna is astounded to be chosen over her

But soon Jenna discovers things aren't what they seem. She's the
spitting image of the real Princess of Scandia - who's mysteriously
gone missing .

Kirsten Boie, eine der renommiertesten deutschen Autorinnen des modernen Kinder- und Jugendromans, wurde 1950 in Hamburg geboren, wo sie noch heute mit ihrer Familie lebt. Sie promovierte in Literaturwissenschaft und arbeitete als Lehrerin. 1985 erschien ihr erstes Buch und wurde ein beispielloser Erfolg. Inzwischen sind von Kirsten Boie zahlreiche Bücher erschienen und in viele Sprachen übersetzt worden. Neben Kinder- und Jugendbüchern schreibt sie auch kleinere Drehbücher fürs Kinderfernsehen, Vorträge und Aufsätze zu verschienen Aspekten der Kinder- und Jugendliteratur und sie bereist im Auftrag des Goethe-Institutes das europäische und nicht-europäische Ausland. 2007 erhielt Kirsten Boie den Deutschen Jugendliteraturpreis für ihr Lebenswerk sowie 2008 den "Goßen Preis" der Bayerischen Sparkassenstiftung. 2011 wurde Kirsten Boie mit dem Bundesverdienstkreuz 1. Klasse ausgezeichnet.
