Titolare di tre dottorati di ricerca in diritto giudiziario, giustizia penale comparata e scienze politiche, ha maturato un'esperienza lavorativa di circa 30 anni nel settore della giustizia, dell'istruzione superiore, dei diritti umani e della pubblica amministrazione.
