Temirgaliev Kudaibergen Abaevich, candidat en sciences philosophiques. Diplômé de la faculté d'histoire de l'université d'État de Karaganda E.A. Bouketov. A soutenu sa thèse en 2006 à l'Université nationale kazakhe Al-Farabi. Travaille actuellement à l'Université d'État de médecine de Karaganda en tant que chef du département d'histoire du Kazakhstan et de sciences sociales.
