Individual labour disputes are a logical consequence that causes harm to workers because they leave them unemployed and facing job instability. They can be collective or individual - 'individual labour disputes' - and the procedure for resolving them involves two stages: the administrative phase and the judicial phase. Finally, there is the effect of the procedure on legal action. The intervention of the labour inspectorate is very necessary because most employers dismiss workers without notice or formal warning, i.e. without valid reason. Some rely heavily on rumours without having any tangible evidence. Furthermore, this situation discourages people from working because if you have a similar case with your employer, you cannot win because the employer always has the power to force you to do what they want. For this reason, even when the labour inspectorate is able to mediate, the best thing to do is to ask for a final settlement.
