RUGUBIRA serves as the Bishop of Harvest Christian Church and has been serving in ministry since his ordination in 1997. Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo to devoted Christian parents, both of whom went to the Lord, Pastor Zachariah Mithabu and Therese Nyirakirayi, he was raised in a strong spiritual foundation that has shaped his lifelong.
