Autorenporträt
Salimah Muhammad is a Black psychology major with dreams of helping people in various ways through her work. Born in Mississippi, she grew up seeing all types of inequalities in mental health, self-actualization, physical health, and relationship advice. By writing this book, she hopes to reach as many people as possible and leave a positive impression on them and their relationships with themselves and the people in their lives. Ultimately, the gap between self and community will be bridged, and this book is one of the stepping stones needed to do so.
