When Robert was 13 years old he became a member of the Central Pike Church of Christ. He has remain with them the rest of his life. He is now 90 years old. He has served in many years. He has taught Bible clases for over 40 years until his retirement. He has also been a deacon and an elder. He has done baptisms weddings and funerals. And fill end when the preacher was unavailable and several mission trips. He has written more than 500 songs 50 of them religious songs.
