Sally Kemp grew up in Sittingbourne, Kent. Her home for the last 30 years has been Minster-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey. From a young age, Sally has had a love of writing poetry, mainly humorous, and believes writing to be a powerful source of therapy with an important place in life for maintaining health and well-being. She has two grown-up children and is a carer in her professional life as well as her personal life for her daughter, Samantha.
