NORDLUND is Dean, School of Business at the College of West Virginia./e He is former Regional Director of the Office of Worker's Compensation Programs and was the Executive and Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of Labor from 1976 to 1980. Dr. Nordlund has worked in areas dealing with wages for many years.
