His professional career in the world of finance and business has shaped his understanding of modern leadership, strategic thinking, and responsible action. As an honorary foundation board member, he stands for leadership that goes beyond economic goals to have a social impact. In his book ''Die Ideallinie der Führung -Management trifft Motorsport'' (The Racing Line of Leadership - Management Meets Motorsport), Linert applies the principles of motorsport - precision, dynamism, and decisiveness - to the requirements of contemporary corporate management. He lives in the Stuttgart region and is intensively involved in the topics of leadership, organizational development, and sustainable success orientation.
