Jo-Ann studied law at the Sheffield University from 1990 to 1993 and acquired a Master's degree in Banking Law from Boston University in 1994. During her free time, she enjoys piano playing and looking after her pets. She lives in Melbourne and has a German Studies Arts degree and a Master's degree in International Relations from Monash University.
