In 2018, the book won the Gold Medal in the prestigious Axiom Business Book Awards competition.Having trained and worked in New York and London as a professional theater, television and film actor, writer, director and producer, Gregg began his career in learning and development in 1986 as a specialist trainer for The New York City Police Department. He utilized the techniques of live, professional theater and experiential learning to support police officers learning to manage Emotionally Disturbed Persons in public spaces.Since then, Gregg has developed and delivered over 2,500 keynote presentations and talks, training programs, seminars, webinars, and workshops in North America, Europe, and the Middle East for groups ranging in size from 20 to 2,000. A highly experienced storyteller, audiences consistently rate Gregg as "inspiring," "energetic," "powerful," and "memorable." Gregg's many clients include ADP, AXA, Booz Allen Hamilton, Ericsson, Ford, Harley-Davidson, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Qualcomm, the US Navy, and Warner Bros Studios.Gregg also served for five years as a freelance journalist on assignment throughout Europe for BBC Radio and other UK media including The Times of London, Scotland on Sunday, Time Out!, and The Independent among others.
