Autorenporträt
Jeff McCartney started playing hockey at 6 years old, way back when there were only 6 NHL teams. After taking a 10-year break to get away from the violence and craziness that is rec hockey for men in their 20s, he returned to the game in the mid-90s. A few years of playing pickup-style hockey at various Toronto rinks eventually led to find- ing true hockey happiness with the Black Aces HC and the Cedarvale Oldtimers' Hockey League.Jeff lives in Scarborough Canada with his long-time partner and an ever-evolving collection of cats and bicycles. He still plays at least once a week, year round.
