The big "scientific question" here being approached is the need for the development of parallel (to the academic archaeological lines of research) scientific work, to be done in this particular case because the cultural Azorean landscape should not be considered "rupestral" or have any carved lines or shapes other than those created after the XV century by the official discovers (Portuguese). Facing the dilemma of "seeing" reality (in this case: all sorts of marks carved in rocks, megalithic constructions, etc.), or denying it and maintain the old version, my decision was to "fight for the progress of scientific truth" even if it implies the changing of the historic paradigm. With a prohibition for any archaeological research, my solution was to move around the problem by turning it feasible without the need for excavations.
