Training in Interior Design: The premise of this work was to investigate the profile of graduates who went on to study high school technical courses in Interior Design in the city of Ribeirão Preto (SP). Our aim was not only to find out the individuals' intentions when they opted for the technical high school course, but also their subsequent choices in relation to completing the course. Methodologically, we collected data through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires with students and graduates. In this way, we sought to gain an understanding of their need to pursue a higher education course in the area after or concurrently with the technical course. We questioned whether this search was aimed at deepening their knowledge and consolidating their training in the area, or whether it was a consequence of a national culture in which only professionals with a degree are recognized.

A graduate in Architecture and Urbanism, she developed her master's dissertation in Education with a focus on the education of people who have studied technical interior design. She has a specialization in Interior Architecture and Scenography, and a Specialization in Licentiate Degree - Professional Education at Secondary Level.
