Simon Malpas is Lecturer in English Literature at Edinburgh University. He is author of The Postmodern (2005) and Jean-François Lyotard (2003), editor of Postmodern Debates (2001) and, with John Joughin, The New Aestheticism (2003).
Paul Wake is a lecturer in English Literature at Manchester Metropolitan University. He has published articles on narrative theory and postmodernism.
