Connor Morris RP, DKATI, is an art therapist and registered psychotherapist who has worked individually with clients and in groups and workshops since 2017. Connor works with people for a variety of reasons, but focuses on the areas of anxiety, perfectionism, identity, and feeling "stuck," especially creatively. Connor's therapy work and online content show her passionate belief that we all have the ability to create and that it can help us on our wellness journeys. She resides in Nelson, British Columbia, where she sees clients of all ages in-person or virtually. She can be found online @birchwoodarttherapy.
