Since beginning her investment journey, she's utilized multiple strategies to attain financial freedom through real estate, including private money borrowing, private money lending, flipping, BRRRR, creative financing, and partnerships. Amelia is also passionate about encouraging other women to begin investing in real estate and co-owns the business WIIRE (Women Invest in Real Estate) with Grace Gudenkauf.
