Her other works translated into English are The Philosophical Imaginary (1989) and Hipparchia's Choice: An Essay Concerning Women, Philosophy, etc.(1991). Lorraine Code is Distinguished Research Professor Department of Philosophy, York University. Kathryn Hamer is Professor of French and Dean of Arts, Letters and Humanities at Mount Allison University.
