Daniel Baldwin Hess is Professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning in the School of Architecture and Planning at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York. His research addresses interactions between housing, transportation, and land use with a view toward making cities more equitable and livable, and he is past winner of a Marie Sk¿odowska-Curie International Fellowship and two Fulbright Scholar Awards.
